Hourly Rates: Schedules apply to requests received by 2:00pm EST.
New Projects (Print and Web): are scheduled based upon individual project requirements and desired completion dates.
Regular Service Requests
- 1-4 Day Turnaround: $50 hr
- 24 Hour/Next Day; $55 hr
(up to 5pm ; cut off time = 12pm; subject to availability) - Same Day; $60 hr
(up to 5pm ; cut off time = 11am; subject to availability) - Immediate: $65 hr
(up to 5pm; subject to availability) - Saturday / After Hours: $65 Hr
- Sunday: Not Available
- Minimum Charge: 15 min. (.25 Hr / $11.25)
Regular Service: 1-4 Day Turnaround
- all service requests considered 1-4 Day Turnaround unless indicated otherwise
- requests are placed into production schedule as they are received
- regular services performed same day or immediately do not incur higher rates
Same Day, Next Day and Immediate Turnaround:
- requests for same day, next day or immediate service should clearly indicate turnaround time desired
- subject to availability, confirmation required
Saturday / After Hours
- subject to availability

Monthly Billing (for clients on with established credit on monthly billing cycles)
Invoices
- ALL INVOICES DUE UPON RECEIPT
- Invoices considered past due 15 (fifteen) calendar days from date on invoice
- Late Fees: $10.00 late fee for any account with unpaid balance after 15 days of invoice sent date.
- Free or discounted services and/or items both tangible and intangible* will be billed the full service rate and/or price on any invoice past due 30 (thirty) calendar days.
Project Work
- Work on any project(s) with unpaid account balances due over 30 days will be placed on hold until all balances are paid in full
- All original layouts/designs, preliminary work, original concepts and ideas remain the exclusive property of Whiplash DPS, Inc. until invoices are paid in full. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. Civil penalties may apply.
Print and Promotional Item Purchases
- All print and promotional item purchases require payment in full in order to be submitted for production
Design Projects (Print & Web)
- All design projects require a deposit of 50% (minimum $50) of project estimate to begin work.
Canceled, “On Hold” Projects
- Any project canceled or put on hold will be billed for services rendered after 30 (thirty) days
- Free or discounted services and/or products both tangible and intangible* provided as part of a canceled or “on-hold” project will be billed the full service rate after 30 (thirty) days.
- All original layouts/designs, preliminary work, original concepts and ideas remain the exclusive property of Whiplash DPS, Inc. until invoices are paid in full. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. Civil penalties may apply.
* Services/Products Both Tangible and Intangible: includes but is not limited to; print products, promotional products, digital files, design time, website maintenance services, project research, project consultation, original concepts/ideas etc..
